At Medical Mart, we want you to feel confident in your medical apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original packaging and tags into a shipping box or mailer, including your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
